The restaurant seats approximately 100 which can be spilt into 3 areas, including a raised private dining booth for 20 people.

Founder Fadi Saliba
It is safe to say Mr Fadi Saliba’s reputation far precedes him. Along with Layalina and her three sisters, the list of Fadi’s successes spans the globe. His dedicated, hands-on approach to his own companies does not stop him from racking up air-miles as he travels between five countries as a restaurant consultant; assisting with the opening and running of numerous well known bars, restaurant and club.
Simply put: our food is a modern take on an ancient cuisine. A divine combination of fresh ingredients and the talented hands of Chef Joseph create delicious, charismatic food.
We offer a wide range of dining options including a variety of canapes and bowl foods, as well as a 7 course taster menu.
Lebanese-British Joseph Chahine, our Executive Head Chef, boast over 25 years of international experience. His resume includes kitchens in London, Dubai, Kuwait and America catering to Kings, Princes, Heads of State and a plethora of dignitaries.
Combining his passion for food and travel, Joseph has created an exciting menu of contemporary Lebanese dishes, with a unique fusion of flavours, for those dining at the Layalina group of restaurants to enjoy.
